Made without screen-printing treatment, this tempered glass features outstanding high strength and safety performance. Its impact strength reaches 3-5 times that of ordinary glass. Once broken, it will split into safe honeycomb-shaped particles to greatly reduce injury risks. The finished glass thickness is required to be greater than 3.0 mm for stable mechanical performance. Flexible size customization is available, with optional thickness covering 0.25 mm-19 mm, and multiple shapes including round, square and special-shaped styles to fit diverse application demands.

This no-screen-print tempered glass delivers excellent optical properties, achieving peak visible-light transmittance up to 98% while keeping reflectivity below 0.5%. A full range of advanced coating and surface-treatment services can be provided, including anti-reflective, anti-fingerprint, anti-fog coating and anti-glare processing. Rich screen-printing color selections such as black, white, mirror silver and Pantone-matched colors are also offered as optional extra processes according to your project requirements.
